Bookings

Booking in advance is required for treatments. Please call our Spa Receptionist on 8542 8979 or email your booking to info@phytsretreat.com.au

Bookings made on the day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, subject to availability.

Cancellation policy

We require a minimum of 12 hours cancellation notice. No cancellation or “no show” will incur a no-cancellation fee equal to the full treatment charge. Arriving late for a service may also shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges applied.

Arrival time

To get the most out of your spa experience please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to fillout the SPA consultation card and relax and enjoy a selection of our finest herbal elixirs.

Spa clothing

Spa appropriate clothing, disposable underwear and a locker for your personal belongings will be provided. Personal swimwear is required for use of the hydrotherapy spa facilities.

Valuables

Lockers are available at the spa. However; to safeguard you from losses, it is recommended that all valuables be left at home.

Your treatment needs

For your wellbeing and comfort please advise the therapist if you are pregnant, under the care of a health professional or have any health conditions. This will enable your therapist to help you select an appropriate treatment. All treatments can be tailored and are suitable for both men and women. The minimum age requirements for spa guests are 16 years.

Your spa comfort

Your therapist will maintain your privacy at all times. To fully enjoy your spa experience, do not hesitate to tell your therapist if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Please respect the tranquil SPA environment and the privacy of other guests by turning off your mobile phone.

Payment methods

Phyt’s Wellness Retreat accepts all major credit cards. We do not accept cash payments.
